Sasquatch Hunt Turns Tragic in Washington Wilderness
Two men from Portland, Oregon, tragically lost their lives while on a quest to find Sasquatch in Washington’s Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The search began when a family member reported them missing on Christmas Day, after they failed to return home as planned on December 24.
The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) reported that the men’s vehicle was located using a “flock camera,” a type of license plate reader, near Willard, Washington. This discovery initiated a large-scale search operation involving over 60 volunteers, canines, drones, and ground search teams, along with air support from the U.S. Coast Guard.
“After a grueling, three-day search over difficult terrain and harsh weather conditions, the 59-year-old male and 37-year-old male, both from Portland, Oregon, who were reported missing/endangered were located, deceased, in a heavily wooded area of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest,” the sheriff’s office announced on Facebook.
The cause of death for both men was attributed to exposure, exacerbated by severe weather conditions and their lack of preparation. The sheriff’s office highlighted the challenging environment the search teams faced, including “freezing temperatures, snow, high water levels, heavy rain, downfall, and heavily wooded terrain.”
In expressing gratitude, the sheriff’s office extended thanks to the volunteers who dedicated their Christmas week to the search efforts. “The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office extends our deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of the loved ones lost in this tragic incident,” they stated.
The names of the deceased have not been released. This incident underscores the dangers associated with such expeditions, even in regions known for Sasquatch sightings. Notably, a 2019 Travel Channel blog post identified Washington as the “world’s most active region” for Sasquatch sightings, mentioning the Blue Mountains and Okanogan County as hotspots for encounters.

“we” have failed our society by taking away GOD’s method of natural selection. What happened to the TV show called 1000 ways to die? Need to bring that back, for the low IQ (demon-rats) in Amerika

To start with, when is the last time anyone in the entire world has ever found a dead body, skeleton, any bones that have been proven authentic beyond a shadow of doubt, a live body, or even a juvenile or baby Sasquatch, Bigfoot??? Explorers for Sasquatch, and Bigfoot have had expeditions for over hundreds of years and have found absolutely no conclusive evidence of any such being. Yet researchers have found Dinosaurs, Whooly Mammoth bones, etc. that are 1000’s of Years Old, and have NOT FOUND any type of remains of a Sasquatch or Bigfoot anywhere in the world, not even in any museum. Each and every time someone thinks they have some type of evidence, a bone, a hair, a photo it has always been proven NOT to be part of a Sasquatch or Bigfoot. These Sasquatch or Bigfoot expeditions are like a dog chasing his tail, he’s never going to catch it. How many television programs have been on TV chasing Bigfoot or Sasquatch over the years, how many Sasquatch ‘s or Bigfoots have been captured or skeletons found??? NONE, Because they don’t exist.
