In the early hours of last Friday, a dramatic incident unfolded in Tunica, Mississippi, resulting in a fatal shooting during an alleged home invasion. This small town, located approximately 40 miles southwest of Memphis, Tennessee, was the scene of an intense exchange of gunfire that left two individuals shot.

The Tunica County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call from a resident on the 1600 block of Beatline Road shortly after 1 a.m. The caller reported an attempted home invasion and an ensuing exchange of gunfire, which resulted in injuries to two people.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 46-year-old male resident of the home who had sustained a gunshot wound. He received immediate medical attention at the scene before being airlifted to a hospital in Memphis for further treatment.

Also found at the scene was Nadarius Joiner, a 30-year-old from Tunica, who had been wounded by gunfire. Despite efforts to treat him, Joiner succumbed to his injuries.

“Homeowners have a constitutional right to protect their homes once a person gains entrance,” the sheriff’s office stated, emphasizing the legal rights of residents to defend themselves during such incidents. As of now, no arrests have been made concerning the event.

The sheriff’s office is actively seeking information related to this case and encourages anyone with details to come forward.     Where do the 17% that voted for Only if there is a Clear and Immediate Threat??? come from. May their houses be broken into so they can really see what happens, and these libertards should be banned from owning firearms. These are voters that put biden in office and if they want to confiscate your guns they should be first in line.
    These 17% morons need to be chased out of every town because they like illegal immigrants that are destroying our country. Libertards are the real threat to our country and should be deported with all the illegals that they support.
