It was an ordinary evening in Southern California until a man with a three-foot wooden stake tried to invade a local home. The unforeseen incident culminated in the armed intruder hurling a rock towards the homeowner’s face, according to a report from KUSI-TV. The homeowner, however, was not defenseless.

In a decisive bid to protect his home, the property owner retaliated with more than just words. He managed to grab his firearm and shoot at his assailant three times, one shot successfully hitting the intruder’s chest, as mentioned by the same station. In a grim turn of events, the assailant was declared dead on the spot.

Further investigations led by the police suggested that the aggressor could have been involved in another attempted intrusion.
“Heather Mitchell with the Oceanside Police Department said in a Tuesday news release, “The suspect may have tried to enter at least one other home by throwing a rock through a sliding glass window of that residence, causing the glass to shatter.”

The chaotic scenario unravelled in the 4100 block of Diamond Circle, in the city of Oceanside, a suburb located about 40 minutes north of San Diego. The local police were called in at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Monday following a report of an assault involving a deadly weapon.

Upon their arrival at the scene, the officers attempted to resuscitate the alleged intruder, who was unresponsive. Despite their best efforts, the man could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives from KUSI-TV remained at the location for several hours to carry out their investigation.

The details surrounding the incident still remain unclear, as the authorities have yet to disclose the names of the individuals involved. Mitchell’s statement also highlighted that it was not confirmed whether the suspect had managed to enter the other home where the sliding glass window was shattered, as its residents were away at the time of the incident.

This is in Gavin Newsome’s state. The Democrats have given the green light to criminals to commit crimes against the law abiding people. San Fran Nan Pelosi, and Kamala Harris are just as responsible. The entire Democrat Party is soft on crime. If this guy had livted, California law would have set him free to repeat his offense within a day.

I find it hard to believe that alost 1% of the people taking the poll think that a “non-lethal weapon would have been better. Stupidity knows no bounds.
